AI Literacy Project for the Savvitas World Business Women (WBW) Summit

by | Feb 5, 2026

AI Edutainment  GmbH, a limited company in Switzerland, today announced the launch of a landmark AI Literacy Project to be unveiled on  World Business Women Day, organised by Savvitas, in Westminster at the House of Lords, on October 22nd, 2026. The initiative brings together business leaders, educators, policymakers, and innovators to champion inclusive and practical AI literacy for all stages of life and work. The Project will produce an AI Literacy White Paper with concrete suggestions and global data around AI education for all, beyond traditional faculties of Computer Science, Neuroscience, and Mathematics.

Presented on behalf of WBW by Savvitas, the AI Literacy Project will be organised and chaired by AI Edutainment, which will coordinate several focused workstreams:

  • AI Literacy for All
  • AI Literacy for Teachers
  • AI Literacy and Mid-Life Career
  • AI Literacy in Enterprise
  • AI Literacy and Entry-Level Jobs for Graduates

A Global Conversation on AI Literacy

Hosted in the House of Lords, the project aims to elevate AI literacy from a specialist topic to a fundamental life skill, comparable to digital literacy and financial literacy. The programme will spotlight real-world examples of how AI is already reshaping learning, work, and decision-making, while highlighting the risks of leaving large parts of society behind.

“AI is no longer a distant future – it is here, woven into everyday tools and decisions,” said Dr Anastassia Lauterbach, Founder of AI Edutainment and chair of the AI Literacy Project. “Our goal is to make AI understandable, accessible, and empowering for everyone – from teachers in classrooms and mid-life professionals reinventing their careers, to enterprise leaders and young people stepping into their first jobs.”

Five Core Workstreams

The AI Literacy Project will be structured around five workstreams, each producing practical outputs such as frameworks, guidelines, and recommendations that can be adopted by organisations and individuals:

  • AI Literacy for All
Focused on helping citizens understand what AI is (and is not), how it shows up in daily life, and how to use AI tools safely, ethically, and confidently. This workstream will explore plain-language explanations, everyday use cases, and accessible resources for diverse communities.
  • AI Literacy for Teachers
Designed to support teachers and school leaders as they navigate AI in the classroom. This includes guidance on using AI to enhance teaching and learning, addressing academic integrity, and building critical thinking about AI systems among pupils.
  • AI Literacy and Mid-Life Career
Dedicated to professionals in mid-life who face disruption, transition, or reinvention. This workstream will explore how AI can augment human expertise, what core skills are needed to remain employable, and how to design upskilling pathways that are realistic for working adults.
  • AI Literacy in Enterprise
Targeted at SMEs and larger organisations seeking to embed AI responsibly and strategically. Topics include AI-ready cultures, responsible governance, workforce enablement, and equipping non-technical leaders and teams with the understanding to evaluate, question, and co-create AI solutions.
  • AI Literacy and Entry-Level Jobs for Graduates
Focused on college and university students and recent graduates entering an AI-transformed labour market. The workstream will address how AI affects entry-level roles, what skills employers will expect, and how graduates can use AI to accelerate learning, creativity, and career development rather than fear replacement.

Outcomes and next steps

The AI Literacy Project will convene expert contributors, case studies, and stakeholder voices across sectors in the months leading up to Women’s Business Day. At the House of Lords on October 22, 2026, AI Edutainment and Savvitas will present:

  • A shared vision for AI literacy as a foundation for inclusive economic participation
  • Recommendations tailored to each of the five workstreams
  • Calls to action for government, education, enterprise, and civil society partners
  • Findings from a data collection process that takes place for each and every workstream, from February to May 2026.

“World  Business Women has always been about practical solutions and real impact,” said [Helene Martin Gee ], representing Savvitas and WBW. “By placing AI literacy at the heart of this year’s agenda, we aim to ensure that new technologies expand opportunity rather than deepen inequality.”
